All prices are valid till publication of a new price-list.

 

General Information:

The following terms are indispensable parts of a contract. Each transaction is based on these provisions. Therefore the contractor can not  rely on their own terms.

Our employees are also not authorized to make dissenting promises or agreements to the detriment of consumers or violate to the Consumer Protection Law orally.

The delivery is made immediately after receipt of order.

Payments are to be made within 14 days 2% cash discount or 30 days net after receipt of goods.

Failure to comply with the terms of payment shall result in default interest of 9% p.a. and reminder fees of € 18,00.

Retention of Title:
Until full payment, the goods sold remain the property of Business Line Büromöbelhandel GesmbH. The contracting party is prohibited from pledging the goods, transferring them as security or granting third parties any other rights to the property of our company.

 

Data Protection:
Business Line GesmbH undertakes to handle private data of the contracting party in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Data Protection Act. As far as personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail address) is collected on our website, this is always as far as possible voluntarly. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. In addition, we want to point out that the transmission of data on the Internet (such as in communication via e-mail) may have security holes, because a complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible. We hereby expressly object to the use of contact data published by third parties in connection with the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of these pages explicitly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam mails.

Warranty:
Upon receipt of a damaged product, complaints must be made immediately. Later complaints can no longer be accepted.

Return and Exchange:
Normally, goods already sold can be exchanged within a week for goods of the same value, but can not be returned.

However, if there has been a faulty order execution, we will take the goods back to full value within two weeks after receipt by the buyer.

Contract Language:
In disputes, only the German version of the general terms and conditions is valid.

Fulfillment and Jurisdiction:
The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Mödling, insofar as the contractual partner is a merchant within the meaning of the Commercial Code or a public corporation.
The buyer declares with the signature of the contract to accept the above conditions and to bind himself to them.
