Delivery conditions:

Delivery is prompt upon receipt of the order.

 

All applicable costs are displayed in the webshop.

 

Delivery is ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. The customer bears the shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Payments must be made within 14 days of the delivery date less 2% discount or within 30 days net cash.

Retention of title:

The goods sold remain the property of Business Line Büromöbelhandel GesmbH until full payment has been made. The contractual partner is prohibited from pledging the goods, transferring them as security or granting third parties other rights to the property of

our company until this point.

Warranty:

If damaged goods are received, complaints about defects must be made immediately. Complaints made later cannot be accepted.

 

Return and exchange:

Normally, goods that have already been sold can be exchanged for goods of the same value within one week, but cannot be returned.

 

If, however, the order has been incorrectly executed, we will take the goods back at the buyer's full value within two weeks of receipt.

 

Contract language:

In the event of a dispute, only the German version of the general terms and conditions is valid.

 

Place of performance and jurisdiction:

The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Mödling, provided that the contractual partner is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code or a corporation under public law. By signing the contract, the buyer declares that he accepts the above conditions and is thus bound by them.

Data protection

BusinessLine Möbelhandel treats all customer data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of BusinessLine Möbelhandel.

Final provisions:

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.
